Handling and Shipping Costs

We will ship your order by the most economical means possible. If you need rush service, or would like a shipping quote prior to us processing your order, please let us know in the comments section at the time you place your order.

Freight Policy

Canadian orders will be shipped prepaid via Canada Post Expedited, or alternative courier service. U.S. orders will be shipped prepaid via USPS Express or U.P.S. Freight charges will be added to your invoice once the weight of your order has been determined and you will be notified by e-mail of your total cost including shipping.

Orders containing Dangerous Goods (Sodium Hydroxide, Denatured Ethanol or other hazardous goods) we must ship via Ground Courier. An up-charge for the safe handling of the dangerous goods by the courier company will be charged on top of the normal freight. This up-charge is generally between 8 and 14 dollars. We will notify you when you are placing your order that this charge will apply. We recommend to our customers that they buy bulk or try to group a lot of the dangerous goods together in one order so that the extra charge becomes nominal.
