The simplest and most convenient way to place an order is through our online store. Our staff will process your order promptly and contact you with shipping details & options. To place an order by telephone or speak directly to our customer service department from a location outside of the Lower Mainland please call our Toll Free Order Line at 1-800-758-7773 Monday to Friday 8:30 am until 5:30 pm P.S.T. Within the Vancouver calling area please call (604) 530-8979. Fax orders may be sent anytime to 604-530-8978. We have no minimum order requirements and do not add freight service charges (on top of base shipping costs).

Orders received before 11:00 am we endeavor to ship the same day, otherwise orders are shipped the day following receipt. If there is going to be a delay in shipping your order we will notify you immediately by E-mail. We do not backorder product that is out of stock. On request, we will notify a customer when backordered product is back in stock.

Payment Options

Visa and Mastercard are accepted as payment for product purchases.
All prices are in Canadian Dollars. For U.S. orders, your credit card company will charge you according to their daily Canadian-US dollar exchange rates.

Freight Policy

Canadian orders will be shipped prepaid via Canada Post Expedited, or alternative courier service. U.S. orders will be shipped prepaid via USPS Express or U.P.S. Freight charges will be added to your invoice once the weight of your order has been determined and you will be notified by e-mail of your total cost including shipping.

Orders containing Dangerous Goods (Sodium Hydroxide, Denatured Ethanol or other hazardous goods) we must ship via Ground Courier. An up-charge for the safe handling of the dangerous goods by the courier company will be charged on top of the normal freight. This up-charge is generally between 8 and 14 dollars. We will notify you when you are placing your order that this charge will apply. We recommend to our customers that they buy bulk or try to group a lot of the dangerous goods together in one order so that the extra charge becomes nominal.

Returns

Our authorization is required for any returns. Credit must be requested within 7 days of receipt of goods. A restocking fee of 15% may be charged for returns and the customer will be responsible for any return shipping charges. Proof of purchase is required for all product returns. The returned product must be unopened (where appropriate), be in re-saleable condition, and not contain price stickers other than our own. Bulk product and quantity purchases must be returned in full to qualify for refund.
