The simplest and most convenient way to place an order is through our online store. To place an order by telephone from outside of the Vancouver area please call our Toll Free Order Line at 1-800-758-7773 Monday to Friday 8:00 am until 5:30 pm P.S.T. Within the Vancouver calling area please call (604) 530-8979. Fax orders may be sent anytime to 604-530-8978. We have no minimum order requirements and do not add freight service charges (on top of base shipping costs).  Due to freight costs we currently only ship within Canada and the United States.

Orders received before 9:00 am we endeavor to ship the same day, otherwise orders are shipped the day following receipt. If there is going to be an extended delay in shipping your order we will notify you immediately by E-mail or phone. We do not backorder product that is out of stock. On request, we will notify a customer when backordered product is back in stock. 

Payment Options

Visa and Mastercard are accepted as payment for product purchases online.  We also accept Paypal. If using paypal follow these instructions.  At checkout enter in the following code to over-ride the need to enter in a credit card.  Where it asks for the card enter 7007 and for expiry enter 11/11.  In the comments section mention you want to pay be Paypal.  We will process the order and calculate the freight and Paypal will email you requesting payment.  Once your payment is received your order will be shipped.  If you are placing your order online and picking it up in store then you can also pay using Debit or Cash.  Follow the same procedures to over-ride the credit card as with using Paypal and mention in the comments you will be picking up in store. All prices are in Canadian Dollars. For U.S. orders, your credit card company will charge you according to their daily Canadian-US dollar exchange rates.

Freight Policy

Orders will be shipped prepaid via Canada Post Expedited, or alternative courier service.  We always check to find the most cost effective method of freight depending on your order size.  With each order we give a 5% discount to help cover the cost of freight.  Our way of saying thanks for the business.  So on a $100 dollar order we will deduct $5 off your invoice.  Depending on where you live and the size of the order this can cover much of your freight costs.

Orders containing Dangerous Goods like sodium hydroxide or potassium hyrdroxide we must ship via Ground Courier. An up-charge for the safe handling of the dangerous goods by the courier company may be charged on top of the normal freight depending on the courier we must use depending on the amount ordered and your ship to destination. We will notify you when you are placing your order that this charge will apply. We cannot ship any dangerous goods outside of Canada.

Returns

Our authorization is required for any returns. Credit must be requested within 15 days of receipt of goods. A restocking fee of 15% may be charged for returns and the customer will be responsible for any return shipping charges. Proof of purchase is required for all product returns. The returned product must be unopened (where appropriate), be in re-saleable condition, and not contain price stickers other than our own. Bulk product and quantity purchases such as packaging must be returned in full to qualify for refund.
