Botanical Body Balm Recipe

With Vitamin E and Moisturizing Butters
300 grams - Makes 4 stick containers

This nourishing body balm is overflowing with wonderful, natural, botanical oils and butters to help moisturize and protect the skin. Vitamin E adds additional healing qualities, as it's renowned for its regenerative and anti-inflammatory effects.

Ingredients:

Part A

24.0% Beeswax Pastilles 72 grams

22.0% Cocoa Butter 66 grams

16.0% Mango Butter 48 grams

12.0% Shea Butter Refined 36 grams

10.0% Sweet Almond Oil 30 grams

7.0% Avocado Oil Refined 21 grams

3.0% Jojoba Oil Golden 9 grams

2.5% Castor Oil Cosmetic 8 grams

1.0% Evening Primrose Oil 3 grams

1.0% Calendula Oil 3 grams

Part B

1.0% Vitamin E Antioxidant Blend 3 grams

0.5% Essential Oil or Fragrance Oil 1-2 grams

Directions:

1. In a microwave-safe bowl or measuring cup, mix together all of Part A.

2. Heat in a microwave or double boiler until all solids are melted and product is completely liquid. Stir occasionally until it cools slightly.

3. Add all of Part B and stir to combine.

4. Package into stick containers, metal tins, glass salve jars or cosmetic jars.
