Formulation

Recommended Equipment: 

  • Heat-safe pouring cup, approx. 500 ml
  • Scale
  • Gloves
  • Knife or Soap Cutter
  • Something to stir (spoon, spatula, or stir stick)
  • Microwave or double boiler for melting the base
  • Mold (silicone or plastic for easy unmolding)

Instructions:

  1. Cut the Syndopour Conditioner Base into small cubes and weigh the required amount into a heat-safe pouring cup.
  2. Melt the base using a microwave in short intervals or over a double boiler on low heat, stirring occasionally until fully melted.
  3. Once melted, stir in any essential oil or fragrance, Fision® Hydratress, Fision® KeraVeg18, and Panthenol until evenly combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into your mold and allow it to set for 30 to 60 minutes.
  5. Once firm, unmold the bars and allow them to fully harden before use.

How to Use
After shampooing, glide the bar through wet hair, focusing on mid-lengths and ends. Rinse well.

Fision® KeraVeg18 is a plant-derived protein complex designed to mimic keratin in a vegetable-based format, helping to improve the feel and appearance of the hair while supporting overall hair strength.

Panthenol, also known as Pro-Vitamin B5, helps retain moisture and improves softness and manageability.

These ingredients are used at levels that are easy to incorporate into the base while maintaining good bar structure. When working with finished bases, it is important to keep total liquid additives low, as adding too much can soften the bar and affect performance.
