Glass measuring Cup
Scale
Small whisk
Funnel
4 oz Frosted Glass Bottle with 22-400 Fine Mist Sprayer

Directions:

Step 1: Combine Regency Fleur fragrance oil with perfumers alcohol, stir until fully mixed.

Step 2: Add glycerin (if using), then Polysorbate (optional for better dispersion).

Step 3: Slowly stir in distilled water or hydrosol, as well as the preservative.

Step 4: Let it rest 1–2 days if possible for full fragrance blooming.

Step 5: Bottle and label — ready to mist for body, room, or linen bliss!

Usage:

Spritz lightly onto skin, clothing, or linens from a distance of 6–10 inches. For body use, apply to pulse points such as wrists, neck, or behind the ears. Avoid direct contact with eyes, broken skin, or mucous membranes. For external use only.

Warning:

Test on a small patch of skin before use to ensure there is no irritation.
