Makes 3 Rose Flowers

What You’ll Need:

  • 70g Stephenson Triple Butter Melt & Pour Soap
  • 1g Fragrance Oil (your favorite scent!)
  • A pinch of two different mica colors (choose your favorite combo!)
  • A scale
  • 2 heat-safe measuring cups
  • Microwave
  • Stir sticks
  • Wild Rose Medium 3D Silicone Mold
  • 2x Garden Rose Large 3D Silicone Mold
  • Ceramic Vase
  • Faux Greenery
  • Floral Wire
  • Floral Foam

Your soap flower bouquet can be themed for every season and occasion:

Spring: Lavender, mint, lemon — perfect for Easter or Mother’s Day

Summer: Bright pinks, corals, and oranges with fruity scents like watermelon or mimosa

Fall: Deep reds, golds, and rusts with cozy fragrances like cinnamon or vanilla

Winter: Icy whites, blues, or silver with fresh scents like peppermint or eucalyptus

Special Occasions: Weddings, birthdays, teacher gifts — the color and scent combos are endless!

Directions:

  • Step 1: With a grown-up’s help, carefully cut the 70g soap base into small chunks to help it melt faster. Place all the soap chunks into one microwave-safe measuring cup.

  • Step 2: Microwave the soap in short bursts (about 10–15 seconds), stirring in between, until completely melted. Add 1g of fragrance oil to the melted soap and stir well to mix.

  • Step 3: Divide the melted, scented soap evenly between the two heat-safe cups. Spray a little isopropyl alcohol into two small mixing cups. Put a small scoop of one mica color into each cup—one color per cup. Then, pour the color into each cup with the melted, scented soap  and stir well to mix the color evenly.

  • Step 4: Carefully pour each colored base into the molds.First one color than top up with the other color. Tap gently to remove air bubbles.

  • Step 5: Let the molds sit undisturbed until completely cooled and hardened — about 1 to 2 hours. Once firm, gently pop the soap flowers out of the molds.

  • Step 6: Once your soap flowers are unmolded, gently press a wooden craft stick or floral stem pick into the bottom of each flower. Even when fully hardened, the soap is soft enough for the stick to go in easily without cracking.

  • Step 7: Arrange your soap roses in a small ceramic pot filled with green floral foam, adding faux leaves or greenery to complete your beautiful bouquet!

Safety & Usage:

  • Always have a grown-up supervise when cutting soap and heating it in the microwave.
  • Soap flowers are for decoration or handwashing only
  • Store your bouquet in a cool, dry place to keep it looking beautiful!
