Basic Liquid Soap Making Equipment
If you're just beginning to make your own liquid soap at home, we've put together a list of the basic supplies you're going to need:- Scale
- Thermometer
- Cooking pot – 8 to 12 quart enamel or stainless
- Canning pot – 5 gallon canner for water bath or optional double boiler system
- Stirring and mixing utensils, including whisk and spatula
- A stick blender is very highly recommended to minimize the amount of stirring time required
- Rubber or latex gloves and safety goggles or glasses
