Canada Post Software Outage
We're writing to let you know about a major service disruption with Canada Post that's currently stopping us from shipping any orders through them.
As of July 2nd, around 10 am PST, Canada Post's online shipping tools went completely down. This means we (and a ton of other businesses across Canada) can't buy or print shipping labels right now.
We want to be totally transparent about this – it's completely out of our hands, and we're waiting on Canada Post to fix it. We've been in direct contact with our reps, and they've confirmed it's a system-wide issue but couldn't tell us when it will be resolved. Their last message was: "My sincere apologies, but there is no ETA that I can share at the moment."
We know you're excited to get your order, and we're looking at every possible option to get your products to you. We're currently checking out other shipping carriers and will share updates as soon as we have them.
