Important Update for Our U.S. Customers
Important Update for Our U.S. Customers
Due to recent changes by the U.S. Government, the $800 duty-free exemption for U.S. customers has been removed. This change means that products not covered under the USMCA trade agreement between the U.S., Canada, and Mexico will face tariffs, which would significantly increase costs to our U.S. customers
We are now only shipping products that qualify under the USMCA trade agreement into the U.S., and we ship exclusively through UPS services that include standard brokerage. These steps are intended to help streamline the process and reduce the likelihood of additional charges, so you can shop with greater confidence. All shipments must now go through full customs clearance, so please be aware that this can result in delays in transit.
While we do our best to minimize the chances of extra fees, please note that we cannot control if U.S. Customs or any other U.S. government agency performs a random inspection of your shipment or imposes fees outside of our control. By placing an order with us, you understand that any additional fees requested by UPS at the direction of the U.S. government are your responsibility to pay.
We’re grateful for your continued support and look forward to serving you.
