How do you protect my shipment?
All shipments are protected by our Voyageur Assurance shipping protection program.
If your package is damaged, has missing items, or you find any other issues, please contact our customer service team ASAP. We will promptly assist you in resolving the issue.
Simply provide us with as much evidence as you can gather so we can start a claim with the carrier. We'll replace the items with issues on your next order or on a new shipment.
