How do you protect my shipment?

All shipments are protected by our Voyageur Assurance shipping protection program.If your package is damaged, has missing items, or you find any other issues, please contact our customer service team ASAP. We will promptly assist you in resolving the issue. Contact Customer Service Simply provide us with as much evidence as you can gather so we can start a claim with the carrier. We'll replace the items with issues on your next order or on a new shipment.

We do! For Canadian customers, you can select E-Transfer when checking out, and send the payment to payments@voyageursoapandcandle.com.Please note, all orders must be paid in full before we begin processing them, and it may take an extra business day to process an E-Transfer payment.We also accept all major credit cards.
