  • Additional Notes: In Cold Process Soap we recommend using fragrances at a lower soap making temperature, approximately 110°F, and adding the fragrance at a light trace. We test our fragrance oils using a soap formula that does not trace quickly at a soap making temperature of 110°F. As soap formulas can vary, we recommend customers do their own small test batch to ensure the fragrance performs well in their own formula.

The amount of usage will differ based on the appropriate scent level for the specific product being produced. For additional details regarding the maximum safe usage level, refer to the IFRA in Documents. However, determining the actual usage should be based on the desired fragrance strength and the product's capacity to hold the fragrance.

Beautiful scent

It’s such a beautiful scent and I was looking forward to adding it to my soap line. Unfortunately it riced as soon as I added it to my batter, I was able to blend it back together. I poured it, made it pretty and within 2 minutes it separated. I soap at 80f due to the heat and elevation of where I live.

Makes CP soap come to trace fast

I used this in a cold process soap recipe I have been using for years. It made it come to trace extremely quickly and then the oil came to the surface after pouring and had a huge hole through my whole batch. I had to rebatch. It also had very little scent. Would not recommend for cold process soap.

amazing

i really love the scent. i have used it in a few products. it does accelerate the cp a bit and definitely discolours so i pull a bit of batter so my soap has a different colour topper before adding this oil.

Soft and Feminine

I use this in my Lux collection body oil made with premium ingredients. To be honest, the scent had to “grow” on me. I tried it in body cream and wasn’t a fan. Tried it in body oil and we had a winner!! It’s just fragrant enough to know it’s there but soft enough to not overpower. One customer bought one of the body oils, then came back a week later and purchased 10 more!
