Recommended Fragrance Usage:
Use up to 6–10% fragrance oil by weight of the wax. A typical starting point is 7%, but always test for scent throw and wax compatibility. Avoid going over 10% to prevent oil weeping or surface irregularities.
Soy wax, beeswax and paraffin all work well.
Dried flowers, shells, herbs, citrus slices and other decorative embellishments can be placed in the mold before pouring or added just after. Make sure herbs and florals are fully dry before using.
Instructions:
- Melt wax in a double boiler until fully liquified (typically 70–85°C / 160–185°F depending on wax type).
- Stir in fragrance oil at your desired percentage. Mix thoroughly to ensure even distribution
- Add candle colourant if desired.
- Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly (ideal pouring temp is around 60–70°C / 140–160°F)
- If using decorative embellishments, place them in the mold cavities before pouring or set them into the wax after pouring
- Pour wax into the mold slowly to avoid bubbles. Let set undisturbed until fully hardened
- Once cool, unmold and thread ribbon or twine through the hanging hole
Note: Aroma wax tablets are not designed to be burned or used in wax melters. They are best used as ambient scent boosters in small enclosed spaces.

To ensure the longevity and optimal performance of silicone molds, it's essential to follow recommended care instructions. Here are some general guidelines for caring for silicone molds:
- Cleaning: Clean the silicone mold as needed. Hand wash the mold in warm, soapy water using a soft sponge or cloth. Avoid using abrasive scrubbers or cleaning agents that could damage the silicone material.
- Avoid sharp objects: Do not use sharp objects like knives or metal utensils to remove wax from the silicone mold. Instead, gently press on the bottom of the mold to release the contents without causing damage.
- Temperature range: Silicone molds are designed to withstand a wide range of temperatures. Typically, they are safe for use in temperatures ranging from -40°C to 200°C+
- Storage: After cleaning and drying the silicone mold, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid folding or creasing the mold, as this may cause damage.
- Avoid sudden temperature changes: While silicone molds are generally heat-resistant, it's best to avoid exposing them to rapid temperature changes. Allow the mold to cool down gradually before cleaning or storing.
- Check for damage: Regularly inspect the silicone mold for any signs of damage or wear. If you notice any tears, cuts, or deformities, it's time to replace the mold.
By following these care instructions, you can help ensure that your silicone molds remain in excellent condition and continue to produce wonderful creations for a long time.
