Virgin Organic Amla Oil, cold-pressed from the fruit of the Emblica officinalis (Indian Gooseberry) plant, is prized in personal care for its nourishing, antioxidant-rich properties. Naturally high in Vitamin C and essential fatty acids, this unrefined oil helps protect the skin and hair from environmental stress while supporting a healthy, radiant appearance. Widely used in hair care formulations, Amla Oil promotes stronger, shinier strands, helps reduce breakage, and soothes dry or irritated scalps.

In skincare, Amla Oil is reputed to help even out skin tone, reduce the appearance of fine lines, and support elasticity. Its antioxidant content is often used to help defend against environmental stressors and visible signs of aging. Lightweight and non-greasy, it absorbs easily into the skin, making it an ideal addition to facial oils, serums, masks, and moisturizers designed to nourish, hydrate, and restore balance.

Amla Oil can be used on its own or blended into a variety of personal care and cosmetic formulations.

In hair care, apply directly to the scalp and hair as a conditioning treatment or incorporate into shampoos, conditioners, and hair oils at 1–10%.

For skincare, it can be added to facial oils, serums, creams, and masks to help nourish and hydrate, typically at usage rates of 1–5%.

In cold process soapmaking, Amla Oil can be included as part of your total oils at up to 10%, where it contributes mild conditioning properties and a silky feel to the finished bar.
